We are pleased to announce the launch of CorOrigin, Cornelius’ own brand of natural flavours, available exclusively from Cornelius in the UK and Ireland.
CorOrigin is the newest addition to the Cornelius Cor portfolio: a curated range of Cornelius own brand ‘core’ raw materials. All materials in the Cor range are fundamental building blocks, expertly sourced and selected by our product specialists to help bring successful formulas to life.
The name blends Cornelius and origin, because great flavour begins where it is grown. Sicilian lemons are prized for their bright, fragrant zest. Mexican limes bring a sharp, juicy tang. Seville oranges carry the bittersweet depth behind a classic marmalade. CorOrigin captures that character at the source: its Origin Flavours are made from genuine fruit and fruit extracts, responsibly and ethically sourced from a single named region, and that origin can be stated on pack.
Three further flavour families complete the range. From the Named Fruit (FTNF) flavours are made 100% from the named fruit. Plant-based flavours are crafted from fruits, natural extracts and botanicals. Natural flavours deliver distinctive, reliable profiles when a brief calls for something new.
CorOrigin launches with eleven best sellers. Sicilian Lemon, Red Sicilian Mandarin, Juicy Orange and Lemon & Lime lead the citrus line-up. They are joined by Ginger, Chai Spice, Spicy Cola, Morello Cherry and Raspberry profiles. A Yuzu flavouring captures the fragrant citrus synonymous with Japanese cooking.
CorOrigin is available in liquid and powder formats, with high-impact strength, full flavour retention and heat- and bake-stable performance. The range is made to BRCGS AA standards and is non-GMO, with vegan, kosher and halal options on request. Applications span nutrition and sports, beverages, bakery, dairy and confectionery.
Because CorOrigin is a Cornelius brand, customers get it with the technical support and service they already know from us, from first sample to final delivery.
