Cornelius Group plc is proud to announce the latest development in our strategic partnership with EV Produzione, part of the Eigenmann & Veronelli (E&V Group), a leading Italian manufacturer specialising in speciality chemicals.

Earlier this year, Cornelius was appointed as the UK distribution partner for E&V’s Personal Care ingredients, following E&V Group’s minority investment in Cornelius in February. Today, we are delighted to extend this collaboration to include their Performance Chemicals portfolio, reinforcing our joint commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer value.

Under this new agreement, Cornelius will represent E&V’s specialist ranges across the UK, including:

  • Polyplastol® Processing Aids – enhancing the physical and mechanical properties of rubber compounds by reducing viscosity, improving filler dispersion, and shortening mixing times.
  • Lincol® and Eviplast® Plasticisers – delivering improved flexibility, dynamic performance, and processability across multiple polymers, with options for food-contact applications.
  • Ersil® Silicone Emulsions – versatile lubricants and release agents designed for profile and gasket assembly.

These high-performance solutions are trusted globally across elastomers such as NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR, CR, and EVA, enabling manufacturers to optimise processing behaviour, achieve energy efficiency, and improve end-product performance.

Commenting on the expansion, Liam Smith, Group Business Development Director at Cornelius, said “Following our successful introduction of E&V’s Personal Care ingredients earlier this year, we are excited to broaden our collaboration into Performance Chemicals. This step strengthens our shared mission of delivering value-driven, innovative solutions to customers across multiple industries”

The Future of the Cornelius – E&V Group Partnership

This collaboration is more than just product supply — it represents a shared ambition to bring technically advanced, high-quality, and sustainable ingredient solutions to the UK performance chemicals market. Backed by E&V’s technical know-how and Cornelius’ deep market insight and customer support, we’re confident this partnership will offer real value to formulators looking for trusted, high-performance raw materials.  E&V’s team is fully aligned with this vision and are available for technical discussions, customer visits, and product development conversations. We’re committed to supporting our customers with the knowledge, service, and innovation they expect from Cornelius.
