Cornelius To Showcase Exciting Ingredients At Ice Cream Expo

Cornelius, an independent European distributor of high quality, innovative ingredients for the food and drink industry, will showcase its high-quality ingredients for use in ice creams and frozen desserts at the Ice Cream and Gelato Expo 2019. 

The Cornelius stand will feature a number of its specialty ingredients, including high-quality flavour manufacturer Nielsen Massey’s pure vanillas as well as its wide range of natural flavours, which includes classic staples like coffee and on-trend florals like rose water and orange blossom. Cornelius will also showcase Chr. Hansen’s unparalleled range of natural colours, ideal for creating vibrant ice creams and water ice desserts.

Held annually by UK industry body the Ice Cream Alliance, the Ice Cream and Gelato Expo brings together all those involved in the production and retailingof ice cream from ingredient suppliers to vendors. 

The expo showcases a huge assortment of ice cream varieties, equipment and supplies and aims to encourage and support the production, vending and consumption of premium quality ice creams and other frozen treats.

Cornelius will be at stand 14 during the expo, 12-14 February 2019 at the Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate.
