Cornelius to Present New Naturals Product Concept at SCS Formulate 2017
(Posted on 08/11/17)
Cornelius, an independent European distributor of high quality and innovative ingredients for the personal care industry, will be exhibiting its unique organic body butter formulation at the forthcoming SCS Formulate 2017 event.
The concept product features all-natural ingredients, including organic oils designed to promote four beneficial moods – relaxing, clear, uplifting and energising. Lavender and frankincense help end users to unwind with a calming, soothing effect, while peppermint and eucalyptus clear the mind and cleanse cares away. The patchouli and geranium oils simultaneously convey an uplifting feel, complemented by the energising quality of tangerine that allows the body butter to give a nourishing, revitalising experience.
Cornelius has focussed extensively on the theme of naturals in recent months, developing a range of solutions to meet this important industry trend which is being driven by an increasing consumer demand for eco-friendly, organic ingredients.
The company’s focus at SCS Formulate will be on how these products meet the independent COSMOS certification for organic products. This is an international market accepted marque that designates which products can be deemed truly natural, while also being effective and safe in use.
In addition, Cornelius will be addressing the natural trend as part of the exhibition’s Inspire conference programme. These are a series of supplier-led presentations featuring the latest product developments, formulating techniques and innovations within the UK personal care and cosmetics industry.
Trevor Barker, Technical Business Development Manager for the Cornelius Care UK team, will be presenting ‘Navigating Naturals’ on November 15, at 3.10pm in Room A.
SCS Formulate will showcase a range of formulation services, ingredients and raw materials for cosmetics and personal care products. It will be held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on the 14-15 November 2017.
