Experience Cornelius at SCS Formulate

SCS Formulate, the UK’s largest exhibition for personal care and cosmetic products, is almost here again. The renowned personal care and cosmetics show will take place on the 15th to the 16th November at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
The exhibition creates an array of opportunities for visitors and exhibitors alike. Visitors will be able to connect with over 200 companies, witness numerous inspiring presentations from the industry’s key trend setters in the ‘Inspire’ area and educate themselves in the ‘Inform’ seminars.
As part of the event, Cornelius will be showcasing the ‘Cornelius Experience’. The multifaceted experience will bring together the collective knowledge of the company’s senior formulation scientists and customer care experts, with insight from members of the quality and regulatory teams. It’s a collaborative arrangement that will give visitors and brands exclusive access to Cornelius brand experts. The team will be on hand to discuss formulation requirements, provide technical assistance and offer guidance on up and coming trends.
The ‘Cornelius Experience’ has been designed in line with a survey undertaken in July this year by the company’s marketing team. 75 customers and principals were interviewed providing a valuable insight into the preferred existing features of SCS Formulate, as well as recommendations for improvement. One of the insights revealed that visitors would like to see a range of company representatives on stand. This request included sales team members, product technical experts, quality and regulatory advisors, account managers and customer service. The company has certainly taken on board for this year’s event and will be bringing a broad range of staff functions to the show to work with visitors.
The questionnaire also indicated, that for the vast majority of people visiting the show, market trends and innovation are important subjects and a key reason for attending.
Cornelius keeps abreast of future trends in order to offer proactive (rather than reactive) new product developments and innovation. Natural and organic, multi-tasking & time saving, anti-pollution and sustainable products all scored highest in trends that visitors are interested in gaining industry insight to at the show. The information has of course enabled the Cornelius marketing and innovation teams to design the show around customer key needs.
In particular Cornelius will also unveil new concepts for the key product tiering trend seen in the market today, ‘Masstige vs Prestige’, accompanied by a ‘What is the New Luxury’ Inspire presentation at 10.10 am on 16th November.
