- minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Development Chemist
- Science Diploma
- Process Operator
- GCSE qualifications and excellent manual dexterity
- Customer Service Executive
- GSCE qualifications with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business /Area Sales Manager
- Relevant degree
- Quality and Regulatory Manager
- Degree or HND
- Accounts Clerk
- A level Maths or AAT Accounting qualification
- Human Resources Manager
- Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development
- Human Resources Director
- Fully qualified from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development or a degree
