The first Cornelius Food & Beverage Seminar was held on 7th October.
This proved to be a great success and was an opportunity to learn more about new innovative ingredients and technologies from leading manufacturers from around the world - featuring Watson Inc.
The latest developments in bakery and beverages were presented along with recent projects, trials and technical developments from the Cornelius Technical Centre.
