CORNELIUS JOIN FORCES WITH

Panipol, a leading inherently conductive polyaniline company, has launched

PanStat W.

This new PanStat W coating is heat-sealable while it maintains the other required ESD properties. Same ink can be formulated also for dissipative (antistatic) and other applications. The range of surface resistance is E6-E9 Ohms. PanStat W inks and coatings are electrically conductive, water based and ready to go formulations. The coatings are transparent and permanently conductive at the optimal ESD protection range. PanStat coatings do conduct even in low humidity environment. Main features of the new PanStat W coatings:

Permanent dissipative and ESD coatings

Surface resistance range 106-109 ohm

Very low ion content

Substrates: PET, PVC, PS, PC, polyolefins, cardboard and more

Colour: Transparent with greenish tint

Thermoformable/heat sealable

Viscosity and conductivity of the PanStat W formulations can be tailored in a wide range according to the application and process. The coatings can be applied using the standard printing and coating methods. Since the formulations are based on pure water – without added solvents – they are easy to use and environmentally friendly. Currently, PanStat W coatings are available for flexo printing, roller coating, gravure coating, bar coating and dipping. Screen printable version is coming.
