No To Artificial Colours!

jt@cornelius.co.uk (Joy Thomas)

There have been calls for a European ban on six artificial food colourings by a food safety watchdog. This after researchers have found a possible link with hyperactivity in children. The Food Standard Agency has asked for a voluntary removal of these colours by next year so many
manufacturers using these colourings will need to be looking for more natural alternatives. Confectionery is likely to be one of the main areas that will be hit hardest by this potential ban. In light of this news Cornelius has been working with Principal Watson to ensure that all its
Edible Glitters contain only natural colourings . Edible Glitter can be used to decorate cakes and confectionery giving shimmering colour effects, ideal for
glitz on a white Christmas cake to create the effect of snow or frost. Sprinkle on Valentines chocolates
to give that extra special shimmer. Edible Glitter creates a dazzling explosion of colours in any application. To find out more please contact your usual Cornelius sales representative or alternatively please
contact Laura Thompson on the below contact details. laura.thompson@cornelius.co.uk

Care With Creatine!

jt@cornelius.co.uk (Joy Thomas)

CreapureTM, manufactured by AlzChem Trostberg GmbH (a wholly owned subsidiary of Degussa), is available from Cornelius. It is the safest and most effective creatine on the world market. This is achieved by
-careful selection of raw materials,
-high performance technology thanks to sophisticated process engineering under GMP conditions and
-precise chemical analysis. The manufacturing and handling of raw materials are both crucial factors for determining the quality of creatine monohydrate. Inferior raw materials or, for example, a too-rapid reduction in the amount of water during "recrystallisation" results in larger
amounts of impurities such as creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine. Recently, various samples of creatine have been tested and some found to contain impurities. Some products also infringe
AlzChem's patent. AlzChem are currently contacting these competitors to highlight these findings. Can you be sure that the creatine monohydrate you are using is safe? The only way to guarantee a safe and effective source of creatine monohydrate is to use CreapureTM. For more details please contact Cornelius Health and Food. Cornelius Can Help
Samples of Creapure are available from our samples department.
