Semi permanent non-drip cream can be applied to sections of hair to give bright pink low lights. Dries into the hair as soon as applied so the colour stays where you want it.

How To

1) Mix and heat water, Glycerin, Ritabate 20, and dyes. Ensure dyes are fully solubilised before adding Condicare CTP-conc. Stabilise temperature at 70*C. 2) Heat together Rita CA, Ritachol 1000 and Candelilla SP75. Once molten stir in Coslin C-100. Stabilise temperature at 70*C. 3) Both phases should be 70*C when homogenised together. 4) Once the two phases have formed an emulsion they are left to cool down to 40*C before Gydant plus and perfume are added. 5) Use Citric acid bring pH down to 4.5-5.5
