Dissolve gum in water by using a magnetic stirrer (this will not dissolve all the gum, it just gets it started.
Leave over night to fully dissolve.
Next day dissolve Fibre in water then add the sugar and dissolve, add glucose syrup.
Bring to the boil to 124 degrees C.
Add boiled mix to the gum and mix well.
Allow to satnd for an hour, discard any foam that has formed.
Add colour and flavour and pour into starch moulds.
Leave to set in oven at 40 degrees C over night.
