Dissolve Sunfiber in phase A water Next Dissolve acacia gum in water by using a magnetic stirrer. This will not dissolve all the gum, it just gets it stared. leave over night to fully dissolve. The morning after remove any foam that has formed on top of the gum mix Dissolve sugar in phase B water and add glucose syrup. Bring to the boil to 124 degrees C. Lightly heat the gum mix as this will help the sugar mix go into the gum. Add boiled solution to the gum and mix well. Allow to stand for an hour, discard any foam that has formed.
