How To

1) Phase A Heat water and add Nipastat, mix until dissolved. Add PVP with heating and stirring. 2) Mix in propylene glycol and Finquat CT-P Conc. Heat water phase to 70*C. 3) Heat and mix all oil phase (C) materials together until homogenous. Heat to 70*C. 4) Homogenise oil phase into water phase. 5) Allow to cool to around 50*C with stirring, then add premix phase C (Ritabate 20 and perfume. 6) Pour into containers and allow to set.
