How To

Weigh all phase A materials into grinder. Mill for 15 seconds. Add TMPIS and Mill again for 15 seconds. (make sure all TMPIS has been milled in as it can stick to the sides of the grinder) Sieve this mix then add the Winter Sparker. Mill for a further 5 seconds. Sieve again. Press eye shadows to 2000PSI
