Mayonnaise with Omega Oil


Ingredient Weight As % INCI
Egg yolk x 2
Dyjon mustard 15ml
Vegetable oil 164ml
Pumpkin oil 11ml
White wine vinegar 3ml
Salt 0.3g


Firstly mix to oils together. Crack 2 egg yolks into bowl and mix together with mustard. Add one drop of oil at a time until mixture starts to thicken, then add slightly more as time passes. When half oil is added put in salt and vinegar. Carry on adding remaining oil.
