Add the dyes to water at 70 Deg C. Add the DCU to the water & dye mixture, mix until all dyes are dissolved & is homogenous. Mix all the waxes, oils, esters & preservative & heat to 70 Deg C. Mix the Water Phase into the Oil Phase while both are at 70 DegC. Mix until homogenous pour into mold.
