How To

1) Weigh out water, add Nipastat and heat. Keep hot and with stirring add PVP. Add other phase A materials. Allow to cool and adjust to pH 7-7.5 with TEA. 2) Pre-mix phase B. 3) Heat and mix phase C. 4) Add phase B to phase C. 5) Add phase B/C to phase A. 6) Add phase D.
