1) To prepare phase A add propylene glycol to water and heat to 95deg. Add a small amount of PVA to water every few minutes. 2) Once all PVA is added leave mixing on heat for 30 minutes or until all PVA has disolved. Allow to cool and de-aerate 3) Add phase B materials 4) Add Ethanol slowly with stirring 5) Add remaining phase C materials 6) Adjust colour with dye 7) Add Glydant Plus
