Beauty from Bread (Green Tea)

Sunphenon 90LB 0.3g 0.04
Warm water 250g 32.5


Blend sunphenon into bread mix with food processor Then rub in margarine using fingers. Slowly add water a bit at a time until a dough has formed kneed with hands for ten minutes Then break up into 6 rolls leave on a tray to double in size for 1 1/2 hours Heat oven to 200 deg C and cook rolls for 20 mins or until golden brown
