The Organic Pharmacy have launched a collection of colour cosmetics - Organic Glam. Unlike other organic ranges this has sophisticated, sleek packaging with no hint of "hippiness". The complete range contains a wide variety of products: Foundations come in six shades ranging from fair to mid brown; there are two shade variants of the concealer pallettes, each containing four separate, blendable shades; also available for the complexion, are four shades of tinted moisturiser as well as Liquid Shimmer Highlighters which comes in pink; silver and gold.
For cheeks there's Blusher in Peach and Pink and Bronzer in Light Bronze and Golden Bronze.
Eyeshadow quads come in three colourways: Smoky, Plum and Nude Brown and choose from black and brown Liquid Eyeliner.
Creamy Lipsticks are available in seven shades including Deep Fuchsia and Red. There are two lipgloss alternatives Lip Plump and Glossy Lip Plump. Each formulation comes in five colours: Honey, Crystal, Passion, Plum and Petal. |  |

Clinique have launched a trio of face powders which are aimed at modern women, who have, perhaps, never used powders before. A recent survey showed that a third of women in the UK have never tried face powder and it is perceived to be old fashioned and leave skin looking dry and unnatural.
Cliniques powders are said to feel fine and fluffy and glide invisibly on to the skin, leaving it with a natural glow.
Blended Face Powder comes with it's own pop-up brush which can be loaded before a night out, for on-the-go perfection. The versatile loose, lightweight powder, evens skin tone and diminishes pores into invisibility. Suitable for all skin types it gives sheer to moderate natural matte coverage.
Stay-Matte Sheer Pressed Powder comes in a compact and absorbs oil to keep skin looking fresh. It is suitable for oily and combination skin types giving sheer to moderate matte coverage.
Perfectly Real Compact Makeup provides more coverage than the other two powders although the finish is said to be natural. Suitable for combination and oily skin types it has a lightweight feel and allows buildable coverage. |
Also new from Clinique is Supermoisture Makeup, a foundation that "thinks like a moisturiser". The creamy formulation works as other foundations do to even skin tone and disguise minor blemishes with sheer to moderate coverage. However, it also contains moisturisers which leave skin with a dewy appearance and give the make-up a refreshing feel on application. It is especially good for dry skins, immediately improving skin comfort, and as with all Clinique products it is allergy tested and fragrance free.

Eyes
Revlon's new bedroom Eyes powder liner creates smouldering eyes in six deep shades. The built in applicator brush allows colour to be built to the required intensity.
Lash 360* Mascara is new from Boots No.7. It has a uniquely shaped brush which covers every lash with the volumising formulation. Lashes appear to have up to seven times more volume.
Virtuóse is Lancome's first all day lash curving mascara. The unique Keepcurl brush adds curl on application and the formulation creates full curved lashes for up to 12 hours. The smudge resistant formulation is easily removed when required. |  |
 | New from Benefit is BADgal Blue a deep blue-violet mascara enhances the eyes, making the whites look whiter. Also, blue appear more blue; brown eyes more golden; and hazel eyes more green.
This is the latest "blue" trend from Benefit who have recently launched California Kissin' Lipgloss, a sheer blue-tinted lipgloss to make teeth appear whiter.
Lips
New from Estée Lauder are Signature Hydra Lustre Lipsticks with a rich, creamy formulation ideal for creating this Autumns deep satin look for lips. The lipstick is said to give several hours wear and moisturisation. A wide selection of 30 shades are available ranging from nude to dark and encompassing shades of brown, plum, red and pink.
New Dolci Baci Soft Jelly Lip Glosses are a collection of sweet fruit scented, moisturising lipglosses which apply smoothly to leave a layer of soft shimmering colour on the lips. The protecting formulation is said to last for hours. |
