Nivea's Aqua Sensation is a light gel-cream, which cools and invigorates skin on contact. It is quickly absorbed and has an immediate wake-up effect, eliminating signs of tiredness and leaving skin looking fresh and radiant. It provides 24 hour hydration for smooth, pleasant feeling skin all day long. Ginseng has been added as an antioxidant to fight against free radical damage and cucumber refreshes and moisturises whilst magnesium invigorates.
Additionally Nivea's existing Aqua Sensation face cream has been re-formulated.
  • GTC Tested: All agree that the eye cream is definitely a cream not a gel-cream, it felt light on application and rubbed in well. It is fragarnce free and not at all irritating even on sensitive skin. It imparts a pleasant cooling feeling and leaves skin looking conditioned.
  • The face cream is slightly heavier and has a pleasant fresh fragrance. It rubbed in well but left skin slightly tacky. The cooling sensation is still there but is not so noticeable as with the eye cream.
Clinique's new Continuous Rescue Antioxidant Moisturizer contains eight antioxidants, both rapid and delayed-release, dedicated keeping skin strong and preventing visible signs of ageing. Three variants are available for dry/very dry skin, dry/combination skin and combination/oily skin.

Multi Recharge face and eye creams are new from Biotherm and designed to boost skin, giving it a healthy glow. The triple effect formulation works to hydrate, energise and protect. Skin is said to be left recharged and radiant.
  • GTC tested: This cream felt nice and fresh to apply and did not have a tacky after feel. It is pale apricot in colour but I did not think that this really showed on the face. Perhaps longer term usage is needed to experience the benefits of this cream.

Avon say that Anew Alternative Intensive Eye Cream is their best dark circle fighter ever. It is formulated with eastern herbs and uses Glycation-Reversing Technology to activate the skin's own reparative process. Skin tone is evened and dark circles are reduced.
Clarins Expertise 3P is an anti-pollution facial mist said to protect the skin from the effects of Artificial Electromagnetic Waves generated from domestic appliances like TVs and radios. The Magnetic Defence Complex, a combination of Rhodiola rosea and Thermus thermophillus, strengthens skin and stimulates skin repairing enzymes.
Clarins Anti-Pollution Complex of White Tea and Succory Dock-Cress protect against indoor and outdoor pollution and increases cellular energy in the skin. Meanwhile Glycofilm creates an imperceptible physical film on the skin to reinforce the skin’s own natural protective barrier. The product is suitable for use by the whole family.

Also new from ClarinsMen is Skin Difference a dual action product which works as a shave facilitator and an anti-ager. The product is applied before going to bed as it takes five to seven hours to work and over night it softens hairs at the root to make shaving easier. The formula is split into hydro and lipo phases which are housed in different parts of the packaging. The lipo phase incorporates unsaponifiables of avocado to soften whiskers as well as marula oil and vitamin E. The hydro phase contains exfoliating keratolin as well as plane tree extracts and palmatin to help slow down the division of keratinocytes in the hair bulb.
