The first repairs, firms and plumps dry, thin lips which are lacking colour whilst exfoliating, moisturising and stimulating healthy tissue formation. The Triple Repair Complex repairs damaged DNA and reinforces the skin's protective barrier. The second product targets fine lines around the mouth with the aid of microspheres of hyaluronic acid which plumps out the wrinkles. An Anti-wrinkle Collagen-Building complex synthesises collagen production and a bio-botanical skin patch places a film like matrix upon the skin to increase the hydrating and plumping effect.
New to Aveda's Tourmaline range is Tourmaline Charged Exfoliating Cleanser. The pink gemstone which this product is based on is said to have strong energising properties which enhance the performance of the other ingredients in |
the formulation. As well as tourmaline the formulation contains jojoba beads which are suspended in a cream base of mango butter, babassu oil and meadowfoam seed oil.
