Career Highlights:
After leaving school Renay studied a Diploma in Chemical Engineering and began her career as a process engineer in the paper and soap industries. The next three years were spent in R&D working with various adhesives, polyurethanes, rubber and PVC applications for the motor industry.
Renay has been in sales for 10 years selling to a variety of industries but finding her niche in Personal Care. Renay has worked for distributors representing a wide range of International Cosmetic Ingredients Manufacturers. During this period she completed a two year Diploma in Cosmetic Science via correspondence and emigrated from South Africa.
