Heat water, add Ceekol using magnetic stirrer. To this add propylene glycol, nipastat and D-Panthenol and heat to 70*C. Mix together all the oil phase materials (Purester 34, Pecosil G, Protelan ENS, Pelemol 187, Pationic 138C, Pecosil SH-25L) and heat to 70*C. Homogenise the two phases together. Once cooled to 40-50*C add Calmiskin and Odraline, stir in. Add pearls and mix in until thoroughly dispersed. Lastly add Ritagel AT64 and homogenise until thickened. Leave to stand before filling into packaging.
