How To

1) Keep back 10% of water to pre-mix with pearl 2) Mix together, water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Acritatmer 940 (2% pre-mix) and Glydant Plus Liquid 3) Neutralise to pH 7 with TEA 4) Stir in Luviquat hold 5) Stir in pre-mixed water and pearl until homogenous 6) Fill into packaging.
