1) Mix Water, Propylene Glycol and pearls. 2) Mix Pecosil G, Pecosil DCU, Phoenomulse 100. 3) Warm both phases to 50 DegC. 4) Homogenise the oil phase into the water phase. 5) Stir in DMP. 6) Homogenise in RM110 until thickened.
