Method:1 SunActive Fe liquid
Weigh sugar and water into a sauce pan and bring to boil. (phase A)
Add Glucose syrup and bring to boil. (phase A)
Mix SunActive Fe liquid with Starch.(phase B)
Add this mix to the sauce pan and boil for 10 minutes
Dissolve the gelatin into hot water (phase C)
After the 10 minutes is up remove from the heat and add the gelatin.
Add the flavour (phase D)
Pour into warm starch moulds.
Leave in a heated oven fro 48 hours at 54 degrees C
Remove and sugar coat.
Method:2 Ferrous Sulfate Heptahydrate
Weigh sugar and water into a sauce pan and bring to boil. (phase A)
Add Glucose syrup and bring to boil. (phase A)
Mix iron with water until fully dissolved (phase B)
Mix Starch into this (phase B)
Add this mix to the sauce pan and boil for 10 minutes
Dissolve the gelatin into hot water (phase C)
After the 10 minutes is up remove from the heat and add the gelatin.
Add the flavour (phase D)
Pour into warm starch moulds.
Leave in a heated oven fro 48 hours at 54 degrees C
Remove and sugar coat.
