Combine Phase A an mix with a low shear and low speed (@20-25oC) until uniform (1-5 mins). Combine Phase B (Steam Jacket kettle) and mix low shear and low speed (@20-25oC) until uniform (1-5 mins). Do not incorporate air. Slowly add Phase A to Phase B with slow low shear mixing. Mix until uniform (5-10 min). Do not incorporate air. Heat Phase AB to 85-90oC with slow low shear mixing. Hold at 85-90oC for 5-10 minutes. Cool to 40-45oC with slow low shear mixing. Do not incorporate air. Add ingredients from Phase C in order listed with slow low shear mixing. Mix until uniform (5-10 min). Do not incorporate air. Cool Phase ABC to 15-20oC. Combine Phase D with medium to high shear mixing at 15-20oC. Mix at medium speed until uniform 1-2 seconds). Final mix by passing through an in line high speed dispersion mill once or with a drop in HSDM for 2-3 seconds (@15-20oC). Use the highest shear setting. Add Phase D to Phase ABC with slow low shear mixing. Do not incorporate air. Pump batch to closed storage tank. Store at 15-25oC in a closed container until packaged.
