Ingredient Weight As % INCI
Gelatine 180 Bloom 12.5
Filtered water 25ml
Glucose Syrup 42 DE grade 40g
Granular Sugar 40g
Filtered water 20ml
SunActive DHA 2g


Add gelatine to warm water and dissolve, Add DHA to this and mix Dissolve sugar in water and add glucose, boil to 116 deg. Leave to cool to 70 deg before adding gelatine solution. Add boiled solution to gelatine solution and mix in. Pour into moulds and leave to set
