How To

Slowly heat the Jeenate 3H into the Dow corning 1501 until melted and clear (65-70 degrees). Warm the Jeesilc 35C slowly to 60 degrees. Then mix the two together. Add pearl and perfume at the end and mix. Mix again when set.
