Light moisturising oil which blooms when in contact with water.

Pationic ISL 5.5 Sodium Isostearoyl Lactylate
Pelemol TMPIS 4 Trimethylol Propane Triisostearate
Ritoleth-5 4 Oleth-5
Sparkle K/86307 0.2 Parfum

Heat Pelemol CCT and add Pationic ISL and Ritoleth 5 while stirring. Continue stirring and add Pelemol TMPIS. Remove from heat, add perfume and stir until homogenous.
