1) Add Glydant Plus Liquid to the water 2) Stir Vege-Gel a bit at a time into cold water, stirring each time more is added and ensuring that it dissolves 3) Heat to boiling point 4) Add pearl 5) Pour in thin layers onto a flat surface 6) Allow to cool 7) Gently tear into rough strips and roll into sushi-like shapes
